Special Thanks to Jim Bass for doing an excellent job of representing our club through his focus on Education. Jim has followed some pretty impressive routines put in place by our past Education Chairman, our dear friend Al Crise. Jim has been working closely with Fly Fish Texas, the Boy Scouts, and any other group that wants to hear about fly fishing. Jim is very involved with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Organization, as he is a certified Youth Angler Teacher. Jim is also a CCI, and operates the North Texas Fly Fishing School. If you ever want to take some casting lessons, give Jim a call at 682-429-8413. If you are a new member to the club, please do not miss your chance at the free fly casting lesson that is offered. Simply let Jim know you are a new member, and he will assess your abilities, and head you in the right direction. Jim is working on many different volunteer projects as we speak, and could always use some help. Please contact him, if you are willing to help tie some flies, cast, or just be there to help the youth. Thanks Jim, for all you do!!
