Welcome! Welcome!

Fort Worth Fly Fishers was re-established in 1985 with the purpose of making fly fishing more enjoyable for the club members. What do fly fishers enjoy? They enjoy fly tying and fly fishing as well as building their own fly rods and even leaders. They like listening to experts talk about new techniques, new flies, new places to fish and new equipment. They really like talking about all those things and if there are novices around, they love to teach. Most of all, fly fishers like catching fish, so as a group, they are very conservation oriented in an effort to ensure there are always fish to catch.

If you have an interest in fly fishing - novice to expert, or even if you are just curious about fly fishing, you've come to a good spot. Better yet, come to one of our meetings. You'll probably get hooked!
